Install Python, download zip from github (Python version button), unpack somewhere, launch .py file. It will install all needed libs and launch GUI
Download installer (EXE file button), create folder with name you like, copy installer there, launch it. Installer wil download main exe, ffmpeg and backgrounds archive, unpack them. After this you can delete installer and launch exe file of shakalizer
Download zip file of Python version (like on Windows), unpack it. Make sure you have ffmpeg installed. If not, run:
sudo apt-get install ffmpeg
or command, that installs programs for your dist, try to search how to install ffmpeg on *your system*
After that, you can delete ffmpeg.exe (you don't need it) and launch .py file
